Paris Saint-Germain are seriously considering a world record offer for Neymar with the Barcelonasuperstar’s release clause tentatively low at €222m (£195m).

With Paul Pogba’s €105m (£89.3m) move likely to be beaten soon enough, Sky Sport Italia reportthat the Qatari owners are prepared to smash that deal by triggering the Brazil striker’s buy-out clause.

It will then be up to the 25-year-old as to whether he opts to exit the Camp Nou and join the club he dumped out of the Champions League last season.

Neymar’s father is already reportedly set to travel to the French capital for talks, report the Sun,which could see the Selecao international reunite with Dani Alves.
